We all know that Bombay is Mumai, a city of Bollywood film stars, a city of rich and poor, and city for travelers, tourists and shoppers, and above all, a city of chaat. You may wonder what is chaat? Chaat is snacks, bheal, paanipuri, ragda, patice, dahee, wada, khaman, dhokla and many more. These are the names of chaat dishes. You will find these stalls of chaat all over India.
Chaat stalls are a home for bacteria and a filthy way of serving food to the public. Some chaat stalls are so disgusting the food will made you sick instantly, even without actually eating any of it. For instance paani puri - a small round puri made of plain flower, fried in oil, then served with yogurt and masala water - normally the guy who is serving will put his hand in to the dish every time he serves the paanipur. Normally he will serve the puri portion for 10 rupees and he will give you one after the other. Once you have that then you have had it... You will run like a horse in derby. You will spend two days on the loo, and this will be the last time you ever have paani puri again.
Yet you see large numbers of people eating this food. Large numbers of people gathered round the stall. Why does nothing happen to them? Because they already have those bacteria in them, and some of the bacteria will turn the human body into bacteria itself.

Chaat products are very gassy too. If you don't control your eating of them, then you may end up producing a lot of gas. We call it fats. If you eat in a bit by bit manner, then you are fine. if you are attending a wedding, and if these products are offered, then you should go easy on them. It takes up to four hours for this product to release the gas. So, if you are attending a wedding then it should be fine. But this product is not for every day. For the sake of global warming, one should only eat it at weddings.

Chaat stalls are meant to be for quick chaat (taste) not a main meal of the day. In Mumbai, you will find a whole market of chaat stalls. Chaat food is not bad, it is the way they serve and store the food that is the problem. You will find many nice restaurants in India, Bombay and London who serve lovely chaat food dishes, and people can enjoy the dish over and over again. It is very popular in the world.

If you are attending a wedding on Sunday afternoon, at the entrance gate you might be served pakora, kadi, khaman with green chutney, bheal, dahee puri, dahee wada, onion bhagia, chaat papadi and other chaat dishes.
I have witnessed many weddings in London, and even in India. The guest will enjoy this kind of food more than any other main dishes. Ladies and children go especially mad on this kind of food.

Chaat stalls are in fashion these days. If you don't have this then your even is not very chaati. Introduce this and cut down on the main course. Introduce this to a wedding and I'm sure it will be a good chaat idea.
If you're looking for a garden party, corporate event or Christmas party, and looking for a change, then look for a quality Indian chaat catering service provider in your area.
